Do you accept exchanges?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we do not except exchanges.
What are your shipping policies?
Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipping. In stock items will ship sooner. An email with accurate status will be sent to all customers alerting of where their products are in the preparation process.

We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address. Please insure the “ship to” address is correct. Make sure you include your Apt number. If you realize there is a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately via text 708.

We will replace any item that is missing from your order for same or equal value if the original product is no longer in stock.

We are not responsible for items lost by mail carrier or delivered to a different address. Please inform us of your lost package and then submit a claim to your local post office or UPS.

We will replace your item/s damaged via shipping if we were negligent in packing. Please send us photos of your damaged items that need to be replaced and packaging.
What are your refund policies?
We will refund up to 45 days cash value if there is a delay in shipment, should you decide you no longer want to wait for back ordered product.

Refunds can only be given to the person’s name on the credit/debit card used to make original purchase.
If you no longer have that debit or credit card, we cannot refund on a different card. We will have to issue a credit.

We recommend purchasing using Apple Pay, Shopify, Google Pay, or Amazon.

Items no longer wanted after 45 day back order will be replaced with items of equal value or customer can choose a gift card.
